Yam Cashew Nut Loaf
Ingredients
2 cups cooked, mashed yams
2 cups coarsely ground cashews
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
sage to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
Method
Bake the yams until tender, mash them and mix all ingredients together.
Place the whole mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F/175°C for 40 mins.
WARNING: This is so good you really should double the recipe straight off the bat.
