A stout performance!
"OK, so to a certain extent Delaney's is typical of the sort of Oirish pub you can find anywhere in the world. But it's a pretty good bar in its own right, with comfortable chairs, a selection of magazines to read, a big-screen TV for whenever there's a major sporting event on, and very friendly and helpful staff who are happy to engage in a bit of banter with the customers." Kay and Dave sink a few pints of the black stuff, and scoff a couple of decent pub meals, at Delaney's in the Federal Hotel, Bukit Bintang.

"Ambassador, you are really spoiling us..."
"...on our last visit to Bangkok, on a whim we decided we'd give the Ambassador Hotel's buffet another go – if it still existed. A quick search in the main building revealed it to be in a place called Am CafĂ©, which turned out to be the funny little lower-ground place we remembered. However, it was only near the entrance that you had to be careful to duck your head." Kay and Dave revisit one of their old Bangkok favourites from the '90s, and find that it's still pretty good...
