Google search

Here's where to post all those technical queries and problems which aren't Internet-related.

Google search

In the Google search box in the middle of the screen, when you click in the box , all your previous searches come up in a drop down box which clutters up the facilty if you are looking for something.

Does anyone know how to delete this? I don't mean the History; I know how to delete that.

Hi Alan,
that's got nothing to do with google. That's a feature of your browser. If you let us know what browser, you're using, somebody should be able to tell you how to disable it.

Alan.

Aha. Under "Tools->Options", select the "Content" tab. In the "Personal Information" section, click the button marked "AutoComplete" and set your preferences there.
