Please help us find 'Betty Pyne / Patterson'

Do you know somebody called Betty Pine or Betty Patterson?
She may have changed her forename to Lesley?

We are making a documentary for ITV about a coronation street party that took place on Morpeth Street in Bethnal Green, London in June 1953.

We believe Betty is living in Menorca. She may have lived on a farm at one stage and later on we believe she had a hairdressers.
