Hi everyone, me and my wife are going to be living in Malta from the 10th Feb until 7th April 09 in the Sliema area. We would love to learn to sail a small dingy & would appreciate any advice on where to go for lessons & what sort of cost we would be looking at.

Yes, there is a school that operates in Marsamxett harbour but I have completely forgotten the name, which is no help to anyone. I would suggest you start off by trying the Royal Malta Yacht club, they should have something - or at least some information.
