Boat Registration

Hi, I am wanting to buy a small boat for pleasure and fishing, does anybody know the proses for registration if I buy second hand? What is the difference between mfc and s registration.. Thanks,, Andy

Here you go Andy, The difference between S and MFC is that S is only the registration with TM in order to fish in internal waters which license is compulsory for all motorized vessels, while MFC is a commercial license to fish issued by the Fisheries Department.
