Ras Al Khaymah

Hi, I am moving to Ras Al Khaymah very soon for work and I wonder if anyone can give me some information on a few points. I am english living in Australia and I would like to know what Ras Al Khaymah is like also my wife and son will be joining me soon after I have settled in. My wife and son have Vietnamese passports who will be travelling from Vietnam, how can I organise visas for them and what is the security like for Vietnamese visitors are there any problems? Is there a Vietnamese embassy/consulate any where in the U.A.E. and if so what is their location and address. I think that is all for now.
