Work In Bulgaria

Hello Myself and my partner currently have a apartment in Primorsko in Bulgaria which we have had for 6 years. We are wanting to live in the apartment but are unsure how to get jobs we have been on the jobsites but dont seem to get any replies? any ideas how we can find work we are willing to live in or travel to find work any advice would be appreciated. We currently only speak English but are trying to learn the language.
