We shall be moving to Malta soon
From the South of France

Does anyone have any experience of shipping items from Bergerac area to Malta

We do not have enogh items to fill a container!

Do you have a Super U hypermarket near you? Might be worth checking the cost of hiring a van from them for a few days and doing a return trip yourself. I've done this from Limousin to southern UK a couple of times. There should be other fairly competitive van hire companies around, too.
